Tag Time!

1 - Helena grew up as an orphan, left abandoned on the streets because her family thought she was a freak. However, she found a card which spirit decided to protect her since she was able to see duel spirits. This card is Archlord Kristya. Then she was captured by an organization called "Order of Shadows".

2 - Her Japanese name is Ageha Seikan, who means "Ethereal Butterfly". Her concept is at first based on fairies, however, she's more related to fallen angels.

3 - She is unable to demonstrate any kind of emotion, an unusual ability. Even if she trained with Danica, who considered her as a sister, Helena never showed any trace of affection. At least, not clearly.

4 - Helena's name is based on a song by the same name, sung by My Chemical Romance.

5 - Helena's deck was built with two archetypes who actually exist in the card game, the Agents and the Darklords. The second one even appeared in the manga. She even has a second variation for her deck, called "Burning Athena", a control deck based on burn damage.

6 - She spent a long time dueling on the Undergrounds, being known as "The Fallen Fairy", even being defeated by Zane once. Since she was inflitrated in the Duel Academy, he could be the only one considered as a threat to her mission.


7 - She was hired by the Princeton brothers to ruin Chazz and humiliate him. However, in the middle of her mission, Helena and Chazz became friends. So she started to question herself about her behaviour, and even started to demonstrate feelings for him. She tried to give up on her mission, but the bracelet was poisoning her slowly. So Helena dueled against him, but ended up losing, since she was poisoned completely. Before collapsing, she gave Kristya, her ace card, to Chazz, saying that he was worthy of having it.

8 - In the original concept, Helena actually died. However this concept was changed and she was left in a coma for a long time. When she woke up, she was able to remember her sister, but all of her memories with Chazz were erased, also she lost the ability of seeing duel spirits. She even started to work with the Princeton group later on, as the assistant of the third brother. She treats him respectfully only refering to him as "Boss" (in Japanese she says "Jun-sama"). But she has no idea that she's actually by the side of the one who holds the key of her lost memories.


Bonus:

- Danica and Chazz keep two ace cards who once were part of Helena's deck. Danica received Athena, before seeing her sister running away into the woods to find her target, and Chazz received Archlord Kristya.

- These two cards are related to Helena's memories, since both spirits were protecting her since the very beginning.

- There's one card that Helena avoids to use because it's the card she received when she became a shadow. This card is Darklord Asmodeus.
